Brian C. Baker, President and Chief Investment Officer

Mr. Baker founded Vestor Capital in 1984. He is a principal of the firm and serves on its Board of Directors and Executive Management Committee. Mr. Baker's primary responsibility is chairing the Investment Committee. Prior to founding Vestor Capital, he was Vice President - Acquisitions with Balcor/American Express, Inc., one of the nation's largest syndicators of income producing property. From 1975 to 1981, he served on the professional staff at Arthur Andersen and Company in both the Audit and Tax departments.
A licensed Attorney and Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois, Mr. Baker holds a 1980 Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame and a 1975 Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, from Georgetown University. He also serves as a director of numerous companies, as well as on various charity boards and investment committees. |
Martin Buehler, Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager

Mr. Buehler joined Vestor Capital in 1991. He is a principal of the firm and serves on its Board of Directors, Executive Management Committee and Investment Committee. Mr. Buehler is a Portfolio Manager and is primarily responsible for managing client portfolios. Prior to joining Vestor Capital, Mr. Buehler began his career with The Illinois Company, a Chicago-based investment firm.
Mr. Buehler has held various executive management positions in the private sector, most notably as President of Peer Food Product Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Buehler Brothers, Inc., where he significantly enhanced shareholder value. Mr. Buehler holds a 1988 Masters degree in Finance from Northwestern University's J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a 1977 Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Michigan State University. |
T. Lawrence Doyle, Executive Vice President and Portfolio Manager

Mr. Doyle joined Vestor Capital in 1991. He is a principal of the firm and serves on its Board of Directors, Executive Management Committee and Investment Committee. Mr. Doyle is a Portfolio Manager and is primarily responsible for managing client portfolios. Prior to joining Vestor Capital, Mr. Doyle served as Vice President and head of the Personal Trust Company of the American National Bank of Chicago, and was a co-founder of the investment advisory firm Feldman Investment Group.
Mr. Doyle has been involved with various boards in Chicago. Currently he is on the board at the Wieboldt Foundation where he serves as head of the Investment Committee and Treasurer. Mr. Doyle holds a 1978 Masters in Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a 1969 Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Cornell University. |
William P. McNulty, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Mr. McNulty joined Vestor Capital in 1995 as Treasurer. He is a principal of the firm and serves on its Board of Directors, Executive Management Committee and Investment Committee. In addition to his treasury functions, he is responsible for compliance as well as the day-to-day operations of the firm. Prior to joining Vestor Capital, Mr. McNulty served as Treasurer of Buehler Brothers, Inc.
Mr. McNulty is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois, a member of the Illinois CPA Society and AICPA. He holds a 1982 Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Accounting, from Loyola University. |

Mr. Baker joined Vestor Capital in 1985. He serves on the Board of Directors and is primarily responsible for managing client portfolios.
Mr. Baker has worked in the investment industry for the past 45 years. Prior to joining Vestor Capital he served clients at such notable full service brokerage firms as Prescott Ball & Turben, Burton J. Vincent, Chesley & Company, G.H. Walker & Company, Blunt, Ellis & Simmons and George M. Baker & Company, a Midwest Stock Exchange Association Member Firm from 1957 through 1961. In addition to his extensive investment and client service experience, Mr. Baker has served as a Director of Indiana Telephone Company, Director and Treasurer of Kansas State Telephone, and Director of Buehler Brothers, Inc. |
Dennis J. Slott, Senior Vice President

Mr. Slott joined Vestor Capital as Vice President in 2001. He is primarily responsible for managing client portfolios and manages the firm's Lake Forest office.
Mr. Slott has been serving clients in the financial services industry since 1984. Prior to joining Vestor Capital, he served as an investment executive at John Nuveen and Co., Drexel Burnham Lambert, Paine Webber and, previously, as Vice President at Northern Trust Securities, Inc. Mr. Slott is a Certified Financial Planner™. He holds a 1984 Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Brown University. Mr. Slott is a member of the Finanical Planning Association. He has been involved with various charitable organizations and currently serves as a Director and Treasurer of the Redwings Hockey Organization of Barrington. |
Elaine K. Moss, Vice President

Mrs. Koby Moss joined Vestor Capital in 1995 and is primarily responsible for managing client portfolios. Mrs. Koby has been serving clients in the financial services industry since 1985. Previously, she served as an investment executive at Bear, Stearns & Co. and Tucker Anthony, Inc. Mrs. Koby Moss holds a 1985 Bachelor's degree in Finance from Tulane University. She is currently involved in various community organizations including the Jewish United Fund. |
Michael J. Fenger, Vice President, Taft-Hartley Client Services

Mr. Fenger joined Vestor Capital in 2003 and currently serves as Vice President, Taft-Hartley Client Services. Prior to joining Vestor Capital, Mr. Fenger was the Director of Labor for the State of Illinois. Previously, he served as Business Manager for Local 364 of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers ("IBEW").
Mr. Fenger began his career upon finishing a four-year Electrical Apprenticeship program in 1970. He served as Assistant Business Manager for Local 364 of IBEW from 1980 until 1986 after which he was elected Business Manager for six consecutive three-year terms. Mr. Fenger has also served as a member of the NECA IBEW Pension Board and as Chairman of the NECA IBEW Health and Welfare Trust Fund and he presently serves on the Winnebago County Public Safety Merit Commission. Mr. Fenger received a 1994 Bachelor of Arts degree in Labor Studies from Antioch University. |
James J. Karabas, Vice President of Wealth Management

Mr. Karabas joined Vestor Capital in 2006 as Vice President of Wealth Management. He is primarily responsible for managing client relationships and portfolio management. In addition, he is responsible for enhancing the client service experience.
Mr. Karabas has worked in the financial services industry for the past 23 years. Prior to joining Vestor Capital, he spent 19 years with Merrill Lynch. Most recently, he served as First Vice President with their Private Banking and Investment Group as a Private Wealth Advisor. Mr. Karabas holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation and a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®) designation which he obtained from the Wharton Business School. He earned his Juris Doctor Degree from John Marshall Law School and was admitted by the Illinois Supreme Court to practice Law in 1991. Mr. Karabas earned his Bachelors Degree in Business and Finance from Loyola University in 1983. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association, Investment Management Consultants Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. |
George Brancato, Manager of Client Administrative Services and Operations

Mr. Brancato joined Vestor Capital as Manager of Client Administrative Services and Operations in 2006.
Mr. Brancato has worked in the financial services industry for the past 40 years in various operations management positions. Most recently he was a Division Manager with Northern Trust Global Operations, having previously served as Operations Director of Northern Trust Securities. He has served on the Securities Industry Association’s Securities Lending and Corporate Actions Subcommittees, as well as the Risk Management Association. Mr. Brancato holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Elmhurst College. |
